Cooking Classes (Hands-on, Demonstrations and Private)

Let me bring my love of teaching to your home, cooking school, or event. Whether is a hands-on, a demonstration class, or a private class, all you need to do is bring your appetite, and get ready to learn and have fun. Recipe Development and Recipe Testing

What can I say? I am always in the kitchen developing and testing recipes. It can take anything between two and fifteen times to have a perfect recipe. Having a seasoned pair of hands to test your recipes will give your project an edge ahead of the curve.

Food Styling

Are you an author promoting your book on a TV segment? Are you a magazine or cookbook editor looking for a food stylist for your photo shootings? I can help you prepare the food, style it, and set up, and you will be at ease during your endeavors. These are a few samples of my food styling projects:

Food Writing

Whether it's an article for print media, or a restaurant review for the web, food writing is something I take pleasure doing on my free time as well as for other companies. If you are looking for a contributor to your publication, I'll provide you with fresh ideas and we can work together on an exciting article or project.

Kitchen Studio for Rent

My kitchen, located in Weston, CT is a large studio available for rent with capacity to hold a crew of many people without the slightest feeling of crowd. The newly renovated space is a one-stop shop, perfect for cookbooks and magazine photography shootings, and/or TV productions. My own cookbook was produced in it, as well as many other shootings.
